With prices ranging from $300,000 to more than $3 Million, there are 383-units available in the building however, to date, more than 300 have already been reserved for priority sale. The developer, Burrard Development, has decided that since there has been so much interest in the pre-sale program, that they will start accepting second-position reservations in the event that the first position rescinds.
